Well, here we are [arrived], said the cider brother, getting out of the van. |

Если нас пропустят по мосту, мы сейчас же пойдём в Николаевские казармы. (1) |
If they let us pass on the bridge, we shall go at once to the Nicolaiev barracks. |
| 3 | Ты там останься до утра, a я пойду в полк - | You will stay there until morning, and I shall go to the regiment, |
| 4 | узнаю, где твоя батарея стоит, и завтра приду за тобой. | I shall learn where your battery is [stands], and tomorrow, I shall come for you. |

Зачем же? лучше вместе пойдём,
- сказал Володя. И я пойду с тобой на бастион. |
What for? better go [shall go] together, said Volodia ; and I (too) shall go with you to the bastion. |
